May I return an item that is not defective? Yes. Defective and non-defective merchandise can be returned or exchanged when a request is made within 30 days after delivery. A preference change, change of mind, or mistaken selection can qualify, provided the non-defective item is new and unused and retains its original condition, original packaging, tags, and accessories.
